All You Need to Know About ‘Fox Nation’

Fox News has recently come up with a new subscription service – Fox Nation – that has an exclusive content available only for members who opt in for this service. This service can be accessed through phone, computer and on select TV devices. To become a Fox Nation member, you just have to buy any of the subscription plans (details given below!) being offered by Fox News.

Fox Nation offers exclusive shows only for its subscribed members. One can get to view thousands of hours of on-demand content from the Fox News archives besides weekly specials and many more documentaries produced ‘exclusively’ for Fox Nation.

“We are limited on the news channel by 24 hours a day and seven days a week. There are only so many programs you can show. We don’t have any of those constraints at Fox Nation,” said John Finley, senior Fox News senior VP of development and production.

“I think what we are going to offer is different. I’ve been comparing it [Fox Nation] to a mix between Netflix and Facebook Live. Netflix doesn’t have a live component,” added Finley.

What are the Subscription plans available?

Fox Nation is currently offering 2 subscription tiers. A user is able to choose between a monthly plan who costs $5.99 per month and an annual plan which costs $64.99 per year.

Who can subscribe to Fox Nation?

Fox Nation is only available in the United States and US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, USA, and the US minor outlying islands) due to programming rights restriction. The subscription service Fox Nation is not offered internationally, at the moment.

What devices support Fox Nation?

Fox Nation is currently supported on Android devices, iOS devices, Apple TV (4th generation and above), Web, and Chromecast devices. However, Fox News has also announced that the subscription service will be supported on Amazon Fire TV and Roku soon.
