Beer is one of the oldest and most popular alcoholic drinks available in the market right now. This is a heart-healthy drink. Moderate consumption of beer has many unknown health benefits which helps you to avoid even the risk of cardiac arrest.

Beer is known to be rich in proteins and Vitamin B. It is a good source of minerals as well,  which plays a great role in the metabolism process. Ales and Lagers are two types of beers which are differentiated based on the temperatures at which the beer is fermented. Ales are fermented at much warmer temperatures than Lagers.
