Desert Riders was one of the teams that couldn’t get a game and they would be disappointed as they were on a 2-game winning streak this season. However, they still go into this game with the confidence of being unbeaten.
Today, they’re up against Falcon Hunters in the first game of the double header at the same ground in Doha. Hunters had a great start to their season by beating Stormers by 6 wickets, but they lost their second game later to Gallopers by only 6 runs. The team’s captain is also one of the most experienced players in the Qatar T10 League – Mohammad Hafeez. At 38 years of age, he can still manipulate the field, proved it with 45(23) in the second game. He also has 3 wickets in 2 games so far, at an economical rate.
Left-arm pacer Sohail Tanvir can also be in your My11Circle (Get Rs.500 Bonus*) fantasy team because of his international experience; he has 3 wickets in 2 games, and bats well too. Another impressive bowler so far has been Awais Malik who has bowled economically, though managing just 1 wicket. At the top, Adnan Mirza has given his side quick starts with quick scores of 23 and 20 so far.
