Qatar T10 League 2019 – FLY vs HEA Fantasy Preview

Flying Oryx has 1 win in 2 games in the 2019 Qatar T10 League while Heat Stormers lost their opening game. Now, these two teams face off in Match 7 of the tournament, the second of two games in today’s double header. Remember, most wins have come chasing this season, so choose accordingly if placing bets on the outcome of the game.

Both lost their last game so Oryx will want to get back to winning ways while Stormers will be looking to open their account this season. Remember, a majority of the team will be Qatar local players as well as a few Oman and UAE picks. Keep reading for our complete My11Circle (Get Rs.500 Bonus*) fantasy preview of the FLY vs HEA game…

Numbers

  • First 5 matches of 2019 Qatar T10 League – 4 won batting second.
  • Scott Edwards – 0 fifties in 33 international games for Netherlands.
  • Andri Berenger – 8 games since last single-digit score.
  • Nouman Sarwar in last 8 international games – 16 wickets.

Flying Oryx

All-rounder Hussain Talat is making a good case for himself to be picked in the national side again, smashing 58(29)* in the first game and then 16 in the second, where he also picked a crucial wicket. He can even be the captain of your fantasy side today. Musawar Shah captained the side in their second game but he hasn’t had much involvement in either game so far, so I’ll skip him today.

Oryx dropped Asif Raja, Imran Ashraf, and Nouman Sarwar in the last game but I see Sarwar coming back into the playing eleven, a very experienced player for Qatar who is almost always among the wickets. Another player you can pick with the ball is Bilawal Iqbal who was wicketless in both games and expensive in the second one too, but he bowled a fabulous spell of 0/4 in 2 overs in the first game.

Heat Stormers

There’s not much details available on local boy Imraz Rafi who was dismissed for 0 without facing a ball and didn’t even get a wicket in the last game, but because he won’t be picked by many fantasy teams, I’ll have him in my team today. UAE cricketer Andri Berenger will open the innings alongside Rafi and he’s been consistent with the bat, giving good starts like he did with 18(10) in the last game.

Satvir Singh was in the thick of the action in the last game, smashing 23(13), bowling an over and being involved in the field as well. Such players have plenty of chances to score fantasy points and he’s surely in my My11Circle (Get Rs.500 Bonus*) fantasy team. Captain Manpreet Gony smashed a six in his 3 balls faced and also bowled 5 consecutive dot balls in his first over, ending his spell with 0/16 in 2 overs, so he’s in my fantasy team too.
