Cricket at the South Asian Games? Yes, after 9 years! And here, we have two games for you fantasy cricket fans. The early start game is between Bangladesh U23 and Maldives while the next game to kick off will see Sri Lanka U-23 playing their second game of the tournament, having already beat the hosts Nepal by 6 wickets in the opening game of the competition.
Now, they face a much easier opposition in Bhutan and we believe this could end up being a completely one-sided affair as many of the Sri Lanka players have been continuously on tour in the last few months, while not many of the Bhutan players are even well known. Keep reading for our complete My11Circle (Get Rs.500 Bonus*) fantasy preview of the SL U-23 vs BHU game…

Sri Lanka U-23
The most talented player in this SL U-23 side, Kamindu Mendis had a rough day with the bat, dismissed for only 1 run, but he was the pick of the bowlers with 2 wickets, so having him as your fantasy team captain or vice-captain is a good idea. Shammu Ashan topped scored with 72* in the last game and he’ll be the most popular pick for this next game; I’ll skip him as he hasn’t had consistent scores prior to this.
Wicket-keeper batsman Nishan Madushka has been in outrageous form across formats and this includes a recent score of 143 in a First Class game for Police SC. Young pacer Asitha Fernando recently made his debut for Sri Lanka and he’ll be raring to go back out and have some field. Another bowler and medium pacer who has been doing well in recent months is Kavishka Anjula, who picked 1/30 in the last game.
We aren’t sure of the team composition as yet but one thing we do know is that Jigme Singye is leading the side. He should definitely be in your fantasy team as he bats and bowls both, with a top score of 42 in his last 10 games including a record-breaking T20 bowling performance. Another player with a record bowling performance of 6/73 is Tenzin Wangchuk who achieved this in 2014 against Singapore.
Another person to add to your My11Circle (Get Rs.500 Bonus*) fantasy team is Ranjung Mikyo Dorji who has not great scores in recent times, but he’s a highly rated player in the squad. All-rounders are always key in T20 cricket and that’s why you should also have Suprit Pradhan in your side who has 15 wickets in his last 10 games for Bhutan, with a best score of 39 during the same period.
