Sri Lanka W vs England W 3rd ODI fantasy preview

Sri Lanka Women

Sri Lanka wicket-keeper and top order batter Prasadani Weerakkody has humble scores of 4 and 17 thus far in this series, while her counterpart Amy Ellen Jones has match-winning scores of 79 and 54 thus far. It’s understood that Jones will be picked in at least 95% fantasy teams but if you are ready for the high risk (but good return) option, pick Weerakkody.

Harshita Madavi (42) played a crucial knock in the 1st ODI and she will be an important player in my fantasy team as well, since she scored 59 in the warm up game prior to this series as well. There hasn’t been too many great individual performances by Sri Lanka Women thus far, so I’ll be creating an England-heavy fantasy team for the 3rd ODI here.

England Women

Katherine Brunt, Anya Shrubsole and Alex Hartley have 3 wickets each this series, and Brunt has just played one game thus far. Brunt was my captain in the lats game and even though she didn’t end up playing, my pick remains the same. Tammy Beaumont too, has scores of 35 & 43 so far this series and seems due a big score, after failing to convert two starts this series.

Another person who could be played as captain/vice-captain is Natalie Sciver, because of her all-round abilities. She scored only 6 in the last game, but there was a lovely innings of 93 before that in the 1st ODI. In addition, she is also very handy with the ball and she could very well by your vice-captain for today.
